We believe the best way to learn music is to play music. We take students from the lesson room to the stage, developing both their confidence and musicianship with programs designed for all skill levels.

The Grad School our Adult Performance Program is where adult students get individual lessons on guitar, bass, drums, keys and vocals along with weekly band rehearsals. Whether you are an experienced musician looking to get back on stage or you’re just learning how to play, it’s time to grab your guitar, warm up those vocals and prepare to rock!

Camps

Rock 101 Camp (1) $495 Purchase required to enroll

Want to play in a band onstage? Our Rock 101 camp is designed for beginners 7-12 years of age. No experience necessary! Students will explore their instruments through musical games and activities. Students will learn songs by artists such as the White Stripes, Green Day and Imagine Dragons (song selection will vary and is chosen by students with guidance from staff). Our nurturing environment makes this the perfect camp for budding musicians. Students will work on songs Monday through Friday and the camp will culminate in a concert at the end of the week for family and friends.

80s Hard Rock $495 Purchase required to enroll

The 80s brought us a wave of new sounds and genres, and produced hits that still rock the airwaves today. In this camp, we’ll perform hits from artists like Van Halen, Rush, AC/DC, Pink Floyd and many more. Monday through Friday will be spent learning and practicing songs from the 80s, all culminating in a live performance. Great for students 10-17 years of age who have had some previous instruction.

The 90s were one of music’s most important decades as alternative music took over the airwaves and popular culture. Come celebrate bands like The Cure, Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Weezer and many more in our Best of the 90s summer camp. Students will spend Monday through Friday learning and practicing songs from the 90s, all culminating in a live performance. Great for students 10-17 years of age who have had some previous instruction.

Pop is a popular genre that dominated the radio in the 2000s. It has produced bands like Maroon 5, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, The Killers, Fall Out Boy and many more who will be featured in this camp. Students will spend Monday through Friday learning and practicing songs, all culminating in a live performance at the end of the week. Great for students 10-17 years of age who have had some previous instruction.

Through this special 5-day songwriting camp, students will learn how to write their own songs. Students will analyze some of the greatest compositions of the last 60 years in order to develop their own tunes. They will learn about chord progressions, arrangements and other tricks of the trade. We’ll spend Monday through Friday learning and writing songs, all culminating in a live performance. Great for students 10-17 years of age who have had previous instruction.

Rock N Roll Party

Imagine… you and your friends…. Rock stars! We teach people of all ages and musical capabilities to make music together. School of Rock’s Rock and Roll Party is a perfect event for your get together of 6 to12 people, 8 years old and up. Our professional music teachers will introduce party goers to popular rock songs, teach individuals (regardless of musical experience) to sing the song or play an instrument, and perform the song together as the highlight of the party!

Team Building/Fun Event

Our unique approach to music will make your event rock! We believe that music is more than a solo act. Imagine...you and your co-workers….as Rock stars! We teach people of all ages and musical capabilities to make music together.
